Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

In Controls & Avionics Solutions, you will have the opportunity to help define and develop the next generation of avionics – whether it is fly-by-wire flight controls, full authority digital engine controls, or power management.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct ongoing sales activities through quotation development, sales conversions, and customer follow-ups.
- Develop and assist in sales lead creation through data analytics and the research of customer needs and requirements.
- Ability to propose recommended solutions, work scopes and proper provisioning levels.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Programs.
- Assist in developing Sales and Business Growth Plans within the financial planning periods.
- Collaborate with the Finance community to assist with financial collections including prompt resolutions of invoice discrepancies, monitoring of customer payment practices, and financial terms adjustment.
- Support emergency requests including off-schedule support, such as AOG (Aircraft on Ground).
- Utilize Microsoft "One Note" to document the processes and procedures utilized by the spares team for future training exercises.
- Ability to manage time in a manner required to coordinate multiple tasks and to drive continuous improvement projects.
- Negotiate for pricing and delivery through customer sales engagements.
- Assist in developing customer agreements and relationships.
- Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights and visual stories using Power Bi or Microsoft Report Builder.
- Assist with the technical implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud by helping to establish custom objects, fields, and page layouts to meet departmental needs.

Required Skills and Education
- Requires Bachelor Degree and 2 years of experience or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in working with a customer service team
- Working knowledge of outlook, SalesForce, the spare part quoting tools and Microsoft One Note
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP
- Familiar with price and deliver negotiation
Preferred Skills and Education
- Experience with the Commercial Aircraft Solutions product lines.
- Experience in negotiating pricing/delivery and other sales and customer support activities
- Previous experience with government contracting agencies or Airline MRO procurement
- Experience in supply chain and material requirement planning activities highly desired
- Experience in data analytics and the use of CRM tools like SalesForce
