Are you a skilled assembler looking for a great opportunity? Our Custom Final Assembly Department is hiring a Machine Assembler II. Working schedule: Full-time, 6:00am-4:30pm M-TH, some Friday OT required.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Mounts and wires assemblies. 
  • Calculates box/conduit fill. 
  • Uses standard work instructions. 
  • Interprets and builds according to schematics and drawings. 
  • Understands parts lists and locations. 
  • Daily use of hand tools such as drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, and knives. 
  • Performs basic pipe soldering and piping, drains air lines when necessary. 
  • May perform brazing duties, only after on-site training has been provided. 
  • Bends and runs conduit, cuts wire. 
  • Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment. 
  • Regular physical attendance is required. 
  • Understands and abides by the Guiding Principles. 
  • Performs Other routine duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Computer skills, including the use of tablet, required. 
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide required. 
  • Ability to read a tape measure required. 
  • Ability to use small hand and power tools required. 
  • Electrical wiring experience required. 
  • Ability to read electrical schematics required. 
  • The ability to build using electrical, plumbing, & fabrication drawings required. 
  • 1 year of experience with industrial manufacturing preferred.
