Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service Representatives and Dispatchers play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by coordinating communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams. This position requires strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
• Communicate with customers to provide accurate updates, including driver ETAs and delivery status
• Proactively address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure overall satisfaction
• Process and schedule incoming purchase orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate and manage daily scheduling to support efficient operations
• Maintain clear and professional communication with drivers as needed
• Cross-train with dispatch to provide coverage and support operational gaps when necessary
• Monitor and adjust schedules based on changing conditions or priorities
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders and scheduling updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
•Operating a forklift as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service(required), scheduling, logistics or dispatch preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling or order management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
