Description

 

Stotz Equipment is looking for a large equipment Customer Support Representative to support customers in the market area.  The successful candidate must be customer service-oriented and enjoy selling retail services. The position requires the person to call on various types of customers as well as municipal and governmental customers. This person must effectively sell parts and services, and maintain and grow relationships with both new and existing customers. Work closely with all departments to facilitate customer orders.  

 

What You'll Do

  • Represent and sell products and/or services to existing and new customers in the market area
  • Seek to engage with customers, build rapport understand their needs, and offer solutions
  • Provide robust customer service with a positive attitude to ensure the highest customer satisfaction
  • Customer service may include assisting with on-site machine setup and training customer
  • Work as a team player willing to help in any area of the store, between departments, as needed

  • Sales experience preferred. Long hours may be required to maximize sales and achieve/surpass annual sales goals.
  • Must have and maintain a clean driving record and have the ability to pull a trailer and haul equipment. CDL preferred.
  • Will be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Preferred Experience

  • 1-3 years of Customer Service, with experience selling parts and service department services
