Job Description

Primary Duties:

• Consult with Product Managers to map functional requirements and user stories to Salesforce CPQ features and functionality

• Communicate Salesforce CPQ technical capabilities to Product Management while collaboratively ideating

• Work with consultants to assure functionality meets Trimble’s expectations

• Lead and document Salesforce.com CPQ design conversations

• Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery.

• Coordinate with Technical, Solution, and Data Architects, as needed, for specific technical design requirements

• Facilitate design conversations amongst team members

• Utilize Scrum concepts to organize and prioritize work across your team

• Work with Release Manager to prepare builds for release

• Review and prioritize bug escalations from Support teams

Required Skills:

• Well-rounded in both functional and technical aspects of Salesforce CPQ

• Strong understanding of CPQ Standards and Practices

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Excellent Influencing skills

• Experience in Project Management(Scrum Preferred)

Education/Experience:

• 5 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations using declarative automation

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience

• One or more Salesforce certifications demonstrating current knowledge as a developer or administrator

• 2 years experience with Salesforce CPQ

• 2 years of experience leading projects and initiatives
