Responsibilities

• Assemble crimping machines and subcomponents according to technical specifications and blueprints.
• Install and assemble mechanical, electrical, and Hydraulic parts as required.
• Perform crimping tool setup and calibration to ensure proper function
• Inspect assembled machines and components for quality and accuracy
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all components meet our stringent standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues that may arise during production.
• Document assembly processes, modifications, and test results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience in machine assembly or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Sit Down Forklift experience is a plus
• The ability to use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers etc
