How you will make an impact
- Providing key partners with project information and support to Sales, Credit and internal teams by organizing communication to maintain deliverable schedules
- Assist project teams by providing administrative, technical, and clerical support
- Utilizing online research tools to find information
- Handling the analysis of data, development of reports, proofreading and editing of documents
- Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
- Assist the Credit Team with Preliminary Information and delivery to outside prelien organization
- Process legal waiver for customer base
- Train additional locations on current functions
What we expect from you:
- Deep understanding of Administrative assistance
- command of data entry
- PMO experience desired
- 3 year of business/office experience or minimum
- Proficient with database and file management
- Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
- demonstrated flexibility to adapt to change sin procedures
- proficiency with Microsoft office suite software
- Ability to multitask and communicate well with all office staff
