Job Summary

We are hiring dependable Industrial Carpenters / Crate Builders to build custom wooden crates and pallets for industrial products. The ideal candidate has hands-on carpentry or woodworking experience, can measure and cut materials accurately, and takes pride in producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber to build custom crates and pallets according to specifications.

• Accurately read a tape measure and follow work instructions.

• Safely operate drills, circular saws, miter saws, nail guns, and other woodworking tools.

• Inspect completed crates for correct dimensions, quality, and secure assembly.

• Handle lumber and materials safely throughout the production process.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in carpentry, crate building, woodworking, framing, or a related field preferred.

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and perform basic shop math.

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and saws.

• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and workmanship.

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
