Responsibilities

• Construct wooden crates and pallets according to specifications and blueprints.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure a perfect fit.
• Assemble crates using hand tools and power tools, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking materials and supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be bilingual
• Previous experience in woodworking or crate building is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
