**Job Title: **Crane Technician – Controls Electrician

Job Location: Savannah, GA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Crane Technician – Controls Electrician to join a fast-paced and growing crane and heavy machinery company in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience and be comfortable working with cranes, hoists, and heavy equipment systems in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on cranes and hoists
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical system issues
• Diagnose and repair industrial control systems and motor-related problems
• Complete inspection and preventive maintenance reports using a web-based reporting system
• Communicate with customers regarding inspections, repairs, and service recommendations
• Work safely at heights above 20 feet and collaborate with field crews

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical controls and maintenance experience
• PLC and AC/DC motor experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work at heights over 20 feet
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card
• Must pass a drug test
