Responsibilities

• Operate cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment.
• Inspect and maintain crane equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Coordinate with team members to plan and execute lifting operations.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site.
• Document and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of crane operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid crane operator certification.
• Proven experience operating cranes and handling materials.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor as required.
