Responsibilities

Operate various types of cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment.
Conduct pre-operation inspections and perform routine maintenance on cranes to ensure optimal performance.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
Communicate effectively with ground crew and other operators to coordinate lifting operations.
Document daily activities, including maintenance logs and safety checks.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding equipment operation and safety practices.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid crane operator certification (NCCCO or equivalent).
Proven experience operating cranes in construction or industrial settings.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in crane operation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job.
