Responsibilities

• Operate various types of cranes to lift, move, and position loads as required.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on cranes and other equipment to ensure safety and functionality.

• Communicate effectively with ground crew and other team members to coordinate lifting operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on crane equipment.
• Document daily operations and report any issues or concerns to management.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to safety and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid crane operator certification (NCCCO or equivalent).
• Proven experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor as needed.
