Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable counter and phone sales support to wholesale plumbing customers.

• Process orders accurately using Epicor Solar ERP software.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plumbing products and components.

• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner.

• Provide expert advice on plumbing supplies and solutions.

• Maintain a clean and organized sales area.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing component or plumbing supply sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in plumbing or sales is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with ERP software; Epicor Solar experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced counter sales environment.
