Hourly Range- $20.00- $22.00
- Create and uphold a welcoming and professional showroom environment.
- Educate customers on products and support showroom sales activities.
- Demonstrate new products and techniques to customers in the showroom.
- Process daily sales transactions accurately and complete daily deposits.
- Enter and process customer orders accurately, including verification of credit information.
- Stock and organize showroom and stockroom inventory.
- Answer incoming calls, return customer calls, and assist with past-due account follow-up.
- Contact customers with reminders for scheduled training or educational classes.
- Coordinate the setup, support, and cleanup of educational classes and events.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of customer service principles, practices, and procedures.
- Valid driver’s license or government-issued identification required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Experience in janitorial, restoration, remediation, carpet cleaning, installation services, or big-box retail environments preferred.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Proficient in administrative and documentation procedures.
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
