About the Role:

The Corrugator - Slitter/Knife Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process.. This position ensures that the slitting and cutting operations are performed accurately to meet production specifications and quality standards. The operator is responsible for monitoring machine performance, making necessary adjustments, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficient workflow. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating slitter or knife machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine machine maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret production orders, blueprints, or technical specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in corrugated board or packaging manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor slitter and knife machinery to cut corrugated board according to job specifications.

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
