Corrugator Production Associate Job Duties and Requirements:

• Operates and monitors industrial corrugators or the single face machine, making necessary adjustments to ensure paper quality and consistent product flow.
• Loads raw paper stock into machines and safely stages finished sheet stacks and products for shipping, often operating a forklift.
• Ensures the sheets meet dimensional and quality specifications (as defined by the final product holding box), minimizing errors and waste.
• Prepares and consolidates finished sheets for shipment to other facilities and outside customers.
• Adheres to all safety protocols and maintains a clean, safe work environment around heavy manufacturing machinery.
