SUMMARY: The Corporate Receptionist & Customer Coordinator is the Company’s first impression to our customers and employees. Building and maintaining good working relationships with our customers, employees and vendors is critical to the success of the business flow.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
COMPETENCIES: Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, competent computer skills in use of Word, Excel, and Access, with ability to create spreadsheets and databases for analysis and tracking of various service information. Demonstrated organizational skills.
