Description

SUMMARY: The Corporate Receptionist & Customer Coordinator is the Company’s first impression to our customers and employees. Building and maintaining good working relationships with our customers, employees and vendors is critical to the success of the business flow.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:  

  • Always represent Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Company in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet guests and assist with getting them to where or who they need to go.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Create, Modify and erase Customer & Employee Accounts
  • Process Equipment Move Orders
  • Maintain Equipment Move Order records
  • Maintain Data Integrity for all records, including Customer records. 
  • Assist Human Resources by posting and removing job postings and bids
  • Cross Train the Service Coordinator position and be prepared to back up the position when needed. 
  • Responsible for keeping the front office area clean and organized
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None


COMPETENCIES: Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, competent computer skills in use of Word, Excel, and Access, with ability to create spreadsheets and databases for analysis and tracking of various service information. Demonstrated organizational skills.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. One (1) year work experience in a dispatch or customer service representative position.  


  • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports and work instruction. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or members of the business community. Excellent skills in both written and verbal communication are required.


  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Must be able to understand basic math.  


  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions supplied in both written and verbal format. Close attention to detail required to verify product stock numbers and date codes.


  • Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
