Job Description

Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses, and Boats has an immediate opening.

• Responsibilities:
  • Durability Engineer will oversee road testing of FR vehicles for early performance and physical evaluation. These efforts will provide better first build quality results and provide a means to validate field fix exercises. Additionally, this engineer will oversee the CoG (Center of Gravity) testing for all FR motorized vehicles.

• Additional requirements/qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline - Required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems (Win10 / Win7 / etc…) – Required.
  • Knowledge of AutoDesk products and services, Required.
  • Additional AutoDesk or MS Certifications are beneficial, but not required.
  • Dependable transportation - Required. 
  • Smartphone for communications - Required. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 Lbs. Required lifting is associated with equipment installation.
