Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Operations
Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, machine sales invoicing, and fixed assets.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Maintain and improve internal controls and financial policies.
Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Support the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Provide strategic financial insights and performance analysis to senior leadership.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare executive dashboards.
Tax
Oversee corporate tax planning, compliance, and reporting for federal and state jurisdictions.
Manage relationships with external tax advisors and ensure timely filings.
Identify tax-saving opportunities and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
Leadership & Collaboration
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team.
Partner with business units to support financial decision-making and operational goals.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across finance functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the Finance or Accounting field
CPA preferred or 10+ years of progressively responsible financial experience may be considered in lieu of a CPA certification
Travel:
Up to 15% travel

The pay range for this position is
$165,100.00 to $206,450.00Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
