As part of the Global Corporate Affairs team, the Corporate Affairs Project Manager will focus on advancing One Arrow goals and initiatives that engage employee and community stakeholders. At a global scale, the Corporate Affairs Project Manager is responsible for driving performance optimization, scalability, and standardization of processes, using formal project management documentation and methodology. Partnering with Internal Communications, Community Forward, Corporate Stewardship Operations, and the Environmental Sustainability teams, the Corporate Affairs Project Manager will manage cross functional global projects ensuring progress, effective risk management, and alignment of results.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead complex large scale Corporate Affairs projects worldwide - Specifically focusing on optimization, large-scale campaigns and events, Annual ESG reporting and implementation of functional product, service, and technology portfolios to enable the business to accelerate supplier and customer-base expansion/growth.
Execute end-to-end project management process, including:
Define the scope and objectives of identified projects, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
Create and maintain project-related documentation, using standardized templates following formal project management methodology.
Ensure proper resource availability and allocation among cross-functional project teams.
Lead project calls, assigning work and managing the project plan in accordance with established deadlines.
Monitor and track progress of projects through a developed and detailed project plan covering all phases – initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
Properly manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, involving key decision makers and communicating updates timely.
Effectively work cross-functionally and cross-regionally with multiple project constituents – including Sustainability, HR, Legal, Real Estate, and Executive business team members, in addition to external vendor partners.
Measure and share success. Utilize best practice approaches to objectively measure and report on outcomes and successes. Communicate across multiple levels and channels to maximize messaging and impact.
Primary Accountabilities:
Develop action plans and deliver results in fast-changing business and regulatory environments.
Provide leadership to large, diverse teams at various levels in the organization.
Make decisions which are guided by the functional teams, Corporate Affairs, and Arrow's objectives, vision, and strategy.
Look beyond existing methodologies to define and resolve complex issues.
Effectively manage and deliver multiple deadlines, demonstrating the ability to respond quickly and effectively to time-sensitive matters.
Influence and guide internal stakeholders through various levels in the organization, with a focus on maximizing results towards Corporate Affairs strategies.
Demonstrate acute attention to detail, strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
What We Are Looking For:
8 or more years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Ability to work independently as the sole Corporate Affairs Project Manager and as part of the wider Corporate Affairs team.
Tech savvy mindset and the ability to modernize practices through digitization.
Strategic global mindset and capability to create enterprise-wide approaches that are effective across all markets.
Strong process management and organization skills, directing work across multiple channels and functions.
Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional and global working groups towards achieving common strategic objectives.
Effective internal and external relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
Strong communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to use best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to improve products, services, and processes.
Aptitude to resolve complex problems where precedents may not exist.
Black Belt / PMP Certified preferred.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office sites; Friday-work from home.
