The Corporate Accounts Specialist is responsible for acquiring, retaining and growing accounts with Heska’s current Corporate Partners. This position requires an entrepreneurial individual who wants a high level of responsibility and can thrive in a fast-paced position. The key objective of this position is to identify opportunities as appropriate with our Corporate Partners, provide excellent customer service, upgrade existing customers (by adding additional analyzers or extending contracts) and sell new and upcoming products to Heska’s customer base.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify opportunities, upgrades, Customer Retention and Customer Service:

  • Visit, call and email non-current customers within Corporate account partners to identify conversion opportunities.
  • Work consistently with Regional business directors and group management to ensure alignment with Corporate group goals and Heska agreement
  • Work with Corporate Account Manager, Zone VP’s and FSR’s to schedule and facilitate installs
  • Create leads for sales force for our corporate accounts which allow us to influence the sales cycle in their account base.
  • Read and know the Corporate account agreement so you become the internal expert on process, pricing direction for our corporate partners
  • Calls all current Heska customers within the corporate group to provide superior customer service while looking for opportunities within the individual location and the corporate group
  • When new Heska analyzers or products become available, identify opportunities at the clinic level and also with corporate group management
  • Schedule on-site demonstrations for Diagnostic Sales Managers if needed for new placement and upgrade potential.
  • Coordinate with manager and VP of sales for group strategy, business reviews and new product opportunities
  • Effectively uses multiple software systems to service accounts. This includes, but is not limited to, Salesforce.com, Map Anything and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in all Heska products and become a knowledgeable resource in all product categories.
  • Transfers customer issues to appropriate department to ensure quality customer service.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: .

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales related position.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to negotiate in a business environment
  • Understanding of Veterinary Clinic Corporate group business models
  • Consistently displays strong organization and time management skills.
  • Consistently displays a strong attention to detail and high standards for quality.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow while managing ever-changing priorities.
  • Ability to switch quickly and seamlessly between prospecting, organizing and customer service. This could change quickly and repeatedly.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a variety of situations.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times with both internal and external customers.
  • Intermediate ability with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet software and E-mail. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management software such as Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to interact and work positively with a variety of people and departments, in person and over the phone.

Benefits

Salary range for this role is $40,000K - $45,000K on an annualized basis, plus commission. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
