Service Technician – Copier & Mailing Equipment

Coralville/Cedar Rapids Area

$21–$23/hour + Benefits + Company Vehicle

We are hiring a Service Technician to repair and maintain copier and mailing equipment throughout the Coralville/Cedar Rapids territory. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals looking for long-term career growth with paid training provided.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair copier/mailing equipment at customer locations
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment setup
• Provide excellent customer service during service calls
• Complete service documentation and maintain company vehicle inventory
• Average goal of 5 service calls per day after training

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Minimal to no weekend work

Pay & Benefits

• $21–$23/hour starting pay
• Performance review and potential raise after 6 months

What We're Looking For

Candidates with experience or aptitude in:

• Mechanical troubleshooting
• Basic electrical work
• HVAC, automotive, appliance repair, or farm/mechanical backgrounds
• Technical school graduates encouraged to apply

Helpful skills:

• Basic computer/network troubleshooting
• Installing print drivers
• Microsoft Word & Excel familiarity
