Prairie Farms Dairy in Holland, IN is seeking applicants for general labor jobs such as cooler loadout, loading trucks & moving product in cooler.

Our Cooler positions are critical roles for our Distribution Center to ensure we get product to our customers timely. We are looking for individuals who don’t mind working in cool temperatures to move and load product for our customers.

This position will require good communication and troubleshooting skills. Must be able to recognize products to be moved and / or loaded onto trucks - must be able to count, write and read in order to move and load the correct products. Must have good communication skills. 

This position will require you to be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and move stacks of cases with a drag hook for assistance.

This position will require someone willing to work overtime when needed.

This position requires working in cool / cold environment.

We provide highly competitive wages with overtime being anything over 8 hours per day, Double time for hours over 12 per day.

$.75 per hour shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shifts
