Open Positions & Pay

• 2 Culinary Workers — $17.50/hour
• 1 Assistant Cook — $19.00/hour
• 1 Senior Cook — $21.00/hour

Schedule Requirements

• Must be able to work either shift if scheduled:

5:00 AM – 1:30 PM or 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Position Highlights

Culinary Worker

• Assist with food prep (chopping, cleaning, basic prep tasks)
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
• Set up/break down serving lines and support meal service
• Operate kitchen equipment and follow sanitation guidelines

Assistant Cook

• Help prepare and serve nutritious, well-balanced meals
• Follow recipes and food safety procedures
• Assist with inventory, storage, and kitchen organization
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards

Senior Cook

• Lead kitchen staff and assist with supervision of daily operations
• Prepare meals and ensure quality, nutrition, and presentation standards
• Support menu planning, inventory control, and compliance with food safety standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members

Requirements

• Food service or kitchen experience preferred (varies by role)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and teamwork
• High school diploma or equivalent required for cook roles
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
