Aegis is currently partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the northwestern suburbs looking to identify a Controls Technician to join their team!

Responsibilties:

- Troubleshooting and maintaining highly automated manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime & keep production running efficiently (PLCs, sensors, motors, drives relays, vision systems)

- Assisting with mechanical troubleshooting during non-busy season

Requirements:

· 5-10+ years of electrical/controls/automation experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment

· Proficient troubleshooting & making modnifications to PLC’s - AllenBradley & Siemens

· Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment
