What You'll Do

• Design and develop control systems for custom industrial equipment.
• Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC-based control systems to improve machine performance and reliability.
• Create PLC logic, I/O assignments, control narratives, and supporting technical documentation.
• Design, configure, and commission Rockwell-based HMI systems that provide intuitive operator experiences.
• Specify and integrate control components, drives, sensors, and electrical hardware for new equipment.
• Lead startup, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure equipment meets performance specifications.
• Support customers with technical service, software updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial controls engineering or PLC programming experience.
• Strong experience with Rockwell Automation PLC and HMI development platforms.
• Proven ability to create, modify, and troubleshoot ladder logic programs.
• Experience integrating electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience commissioning automated industrial equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
