What You'll Do
- Design and develop control systems for custom industrial equipment.
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC-based control systems to improve machine performance and reliability.
- Create PLC logic, I/O assignments, control narratives, and supporting technical documentation.
- Design, configure, and commission Rockwell-based HMI systems that provide intuitive operator experiences.
- Specify and integrate control components, drives, sensors, and electrical hardware for new equipment.
- Lead startup, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure equipment meets performance specifications.
- Support customers with technical service, software updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial controls engineering or PLC programming experience.
- Strong experience with Rockwell Automation PLC and HMI development platforms.
- Proven ability to create, modify, and troubleshoot ladder logic programs.
- Experience integrating electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Experience commissioning automated industrial equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
