Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial results, trends, costs, and budgets to support business decisions 
  • Coordinate audits with external auditors and assist with tax return preparation 
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually) 
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis 
  • Develop and present budget-to-actual reporting with detailed analysis 
  • Maintain fixed asset and debt schedules 
  • Oversee and manage the month-end close process 
  • File quarterly IFTA returns and annual PT-100s and business licenses 
  • Maintain company vehicle schedules and registrations 

Requirements

  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field 
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2-4 years in a leadership role 

· Experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or materials-based industries strongly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance 
  • Experience with SAGE preferred but not required 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows-based systems
