What You'll Own
- Lead all accounting and financial operations for our North American business.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and profitability analysis.
- Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Partner with executive leadership to guide business strategy through meaningful financial insights.
- Improve systems, reporting, and efficiencies through ERP and Power BI initiatives.
- Oversee accounting, payroll, credit, collections, insurance, audits, and compliance.
- Lead and develop Accounting and IT teams while collaborating with global leadership.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Controller or senior financial leadership experience.
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- ERP experience (Navision is a plus).
- Advanced Excel skills and Power BI experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, business acumen, and decision-making abilities.
