We are seeking a Controller with responsibilities spanning accounts payable/receivables, general ledger management, cost analysis, and financial reporting, this role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead and innovate within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision over accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting
• Supervise and mentor a team of 8
• Lead the month-end closing process and internal financial reporting
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls
• Work collaboratively with the department managers to develop, monitor, and manage the annual budget
• Liaise with external auditors for annual audit
• Lead other financial, accounting, and tax-related initiatives as needed
• Other projects, analysis, and financial support of strategic initiatives as required

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in modern ERP systems (Infor preferred) and advanced Excel skills
• Manufacturing industry experience, job costing a plus
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field required
• CPA required
• 7+ years in a supervisory/management role

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. This role is bonus/and or incentive eligible.
