Regal Staffing Services is actively recruiting an experienced Controller for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a well-established industrial client in Fort Worth, TX. What You'll Do

• Lead all day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis.
• Manage and reconcile inter-company transactions across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company financial policies.
• Coordinate audits and maintain strong internal controls.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Partner with operations leadership to improve financial performance and support business decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Manufacturing or industrial accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing and reconciling inter-company transactions across multiple entities is required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, consolidations, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• CPA or CMA is a plus.
