Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Oversee site financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strong internal controls.
- Planning & Forecasting: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in partnership with operations leadership.
- Working Capital Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and key financial metrics to support operational efficiency.
- Performance & Cost Analysis: Analyze financial statements, manufacturing costs, and variances to deliver actionable insights.
- Strategy & Risk Governance: Support strategic decisions through investment analysis, risk management, audits, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; Advance degree or CPA certification preferred
- 8 to 10 years of progressive accounting/financial experience including 5+ manufacturing environment
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, lookups, analytics, effective model building) and ERP system experience (SAP/S4Hanna/ECC Financial software preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP / IFRS and financial reporting
