• Respond to emergency calls and provide timely resolutions to system issues.
• Assist in the training of junior technicians and new team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in control technology.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Control Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of control systems, PLCs, and instrumentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts as needed.
