Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Control Panel Tech to join our team in Stafford, Texas. If you have experience in panel wiring and are looking for a clean, organized, and temperature-regulated environment, we want to hear from you

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble, wire, and test control panels based on electrical schematics and layout drawings
• Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and component installation
• Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety
• Troubleshoot wiring issues and ensure panels meet specifications
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet deadlines

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-4+ years of experience in control panel wiring or electrical assembly
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Proficient with hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and multimeters
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus
