  • Using multimeters and other tools to validate wire continuity and circuit logic

We’re seeking someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong electrical knowledge, and hands-on experience with point-to-point inspection. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in control panel assembly or electrical QA
  • Proven ability to perform accurate point-to-point wiring checks using schematics and multimeters
  • Strong understanding of circuit logic and component layout
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work orders
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience signing off UL certification documentation
  • Exposure to continuous improvement or QA process initiatives
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting or panel verification testing
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or mechanical assembly environment

Why Join CTA?
