We are looking for a Contracts Compliance Manager to join our team to support the Operations Management & Facilities Services Line of Business with Jacobs. In this role, you'll build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help manage contracts in alignment with the expectations of the program. You'll work directly with OMFS internal stakeholders in sales, operations, finance, senior management and legal to ensure compliance with existing policies around risk management and contract approval. You'll review contract terms, conditions, scope and revenue to assess risk level and facilitate timely review and completion of company risk processes as well as manage OMFS portfolio of contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions including scope, performance metrics and deliverables while collaborating with stakeholders to drive resolution in areas of non-compliance and escalate as needed. You'll utilize your experience to create and implement a portfolio wide process for auditing contract compliance and administration, including periodic meetings and site visits. You'll be able to assist in all aspects of contract drafting at the direction of Counsel or Contracts Management.

*Typical salary range for this position is $92,100 - $126,700 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
