Contract Administrator
Key responsibilities
Education:
Successful completion of Paralegal program, Associate Degree in Business or Accounting, or comparable experience.
Number of year of relevant work experience:
2-5 years of prior experience and proficiency in review of construction contracts.
Competencies:
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, detail-oriented, good work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication, good math skills, including familiarity and understanding of job costing and margins, familiar with project specifications, and works well as a member of a team. Willingness to learn.
Technical qualifications or membership to a professional order:
Proficient in MS Office programs and Adobe. Certified Notary Public or ability to immediately become and maintain certified Notary Public status in MD.
