We are seeking a skilled Contract Swiss CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate Swiss CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to ensure accurate machining.
Set up machines, prove out programs, and hand off to machinists/operators.
Edit/modify existing programs when customer revisions occur.
Perform changeovers, including tooling, collets, and guide bushings.
Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Strong CNC Swiss programming experience, preferably with Mastercam.
Strong understanding of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).
Ability to work from metric/standard prints and convert between units.
Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
Experience with high‑mix, low‑volume production and tight-tolerance machining.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Excellent communication; willing to teach and collaborate without ego.
