We are seeking a skilled Contract Swiss CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate Swiss CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to ensure accurate machining.

• Set up machines, prove out programs, and hand off to machinists/operators.

• Edit/modify existing programs when customer revisions occur.

• Perform changeovers, including tooling, collets, and guide bushings.

• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong CNC Swiss programming experience, preferably with Mastercam.

• Strong understanding of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).

• Ability to work from metric/standard prints and convert between units.

• Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.

• Experience with high‑mix, low‑volume production and tight-tolerance machining.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

• Excellent communication; willing to teach and collaborate without ego.
