Job Overview:

Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a financial services organization, is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator. This role is responsible for reviewing loan contract packages for funding, auditing documentation for compliance, and ensuring accounts are accurately processed and booked. The ideal candidate will identify discrepancies, support regulatory adherence, and facilitate timely contract resolution.

Job Duties

  • Audit incoming contract packages to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance requirements
  • Review contract documentation to ensure all required forms, signatures, and supporting documents are present
  • Validate adherence to applicable company policies and state and federal regulations
  • Process approved contracts for funding and accurately book accounts into portfolio management systems
  • Document contract deficiencies and discrepancies identified during the review process
  • Route incomplete or non-compliant applications to the appropriate resolution team
  • Maintain detailed records of audit findings and contract status updates
  • Support efficient contract processing while meeting established productivity and quality standards

Skills & Experience

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience reviewing contracts, loan documentation, financial documents, or related records
  • Knowledge of state and federal compliance requirements related to contract administration
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and business applications
  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Experience performing detailed audits, quality reviews, or compliance checks
  • Strong data entry accuracy and documentation management skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining quality standards

Desired

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience within consumer lending, automotive finance, banking, or financial services environments
  • Familiarity with loan funding processes and contract booking procedures
  • Experience using portfolio management, loan servicing, or document management systems
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting financial contracts
  • Previous experience identifying and resolving documentation discrepancies
  • Exposure to compliance-focused operational environments
