Position Summary
Allura USA is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader in White City, Oregon, to strengthen safety, quality, and efficiency across plant operations. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role partners with frontline employees, EHS, and plant leaders to identify opportunities, lead improvement projects, and help teams sustain better ways of working.
What You Will Do
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects and structured problem-solving events that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Coach frontline employees and leaders in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement practices.
• Partner with EHS and employee-led safety groups to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement preventive solutions.
• Work with plant leaders across sites to align priorities, share effective practices, and sustain process changes.
• Facilitate training and workshops; track results and adjust initiatives based on performance data and employee feedback.
What You Will Bring
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, including direct involvement in continuous improvement and/or EHS initiatives.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methods to deliver measurable operational improvements.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of occupational safety and environmental compliance practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools.
• Willingness to earn OSHA 30-hour certification within the first six months and travel between sites as needed.
