At Agilent, we're seeking a Content Management System (CMS) Product Owner! This role is responsible for setting, prioritizing, and accepting work generated by cross-functional teams to ensure the most valuable implementation of content management platforms to deliver on Agilent’s vision for Digital Transformation.

The Product Owner gathers feature requests; identifies user needs; helps customers understand business value; and coordinates with scrum teams to manage product releases.

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as key voice for Content Management System by
  • Acting as an ambassador for the product internally and externally
  • Working closely with product management, marketing, and business partners to develop CMS to fit the company portfolio and strategy
  • Solving product-related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards deliverable commitments
  • Possessing a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
• Collaborate with team members, developers and digital product management during visioning and concept development of features
• Coordinate discovery meetings with team members, technical leads and other product owners to clarify concepts and develop functional requirements
• Develop scope and define backlog items (capabilities/epics/user stories) that guide the development team using scrum & Agile methodologies
• Lead CMS scrum team during planning checkpoints, release planning and readouts
• Coordinate functional and data dependencies with other platform product owners
• Assist QA and test team in development of test cases and test data
• Drive UAT test cases and defects to resolution, in coordination with development team
• Represent CMS team for release cutover, go-live and sign-off
• Participate in stabilization to monitor status of defects and to move unresolved issues to backlog
• Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
• Create and deliver system documentation

This position can be performed anywhere in the US

The salary range for this position may differ based on your actual work location. For CO, the salary range is minimum $84,096.00 and max of $ 136,875.00
