Your role:
Responsible for driving sustainable business growth and strengthening brand equity through the development and execution of consumer-centric marketing, innovation and portfolio strategies. Leads the adaptation and deployment of global category roadmaps into market-relevant plans that address local consumer needs, market dynamics, competitive landscapes and channel opportunities.
Develop and execute integrated innovation, communication, and portfolio roadmaps encompassing new product launches, commercial innovations and lifecycle management of the existing portfolio, informed by consumer, shopper, market and competitive insights.
Partner with global and regional cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Marketing and Marketing Communications to develop and deliver superior propositions that create meaningful consumer value and support category growth.
Translate global category strategies into locally relevant consumer activation plans through content localization, channel optimization, media planning and consumer engagement initiatives aligned with local market opportunities and insights.
Drive the continuous integration of consumer, shopper, competitor and market intelligence into business planning, innovation development and portfolio decisions to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market competitiveness.
Ensure a consistent and differentiated Consumer Experience Journey across all consumer touchpoints, maintaining alignment with Philips brand positioning, visual identity and category strategy.
Lead portfolio and pricing strategy development in partnership with commercial and finance teams, balancing consumer needs, market conditions, profitability and long-term category objectives.
Own regional business planning processes, including commercial performance management, A&P investment optimization, demand generation initiatives and support for commercial innovation deployment.
Monitor business performance through market, brand, and commercial analytics, leveraging insights to optimize marketing effectiveness, strengthen brand health, improve market share and accelerate business growth.
Collaborate with sales and channel teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies including assortment planning, channel-specific portfolio recommendations, pricing guidance and promotional activation to maximize category performance.
Support forecasting, demand planning and portfolio planning processes in partnership with Integrated Supply Chain teams to ensure business readiness, supply continuity and successful market execution.
Lead the development and execution of shopper marketing initiatives and launch activation plans, ensuring best-in-class in-market execution and a seamless connection between consumer insights, brand strategy and commercial outcomes.
Ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives through effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, balancing consumer impact, operational excellence and financial performance
You're the right fit if:
Typically 8-12 years of relevant experience in consumer marketing, category management, brand management or commercial marketing.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
Strategic thinking and category management
Innovation and portfolio management, including NPI launches and lifecycle management
Commercial and financial acumen, including pricing strategy, A&P management and business performance analytics
Stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
preferably from Consumer Goods, FMCG, Consumer Durables orConsumer Electronics
Candidates with strong consumer-centric marketing experience from adjacent industries are also welcome to apply

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
