Consumable Packer

Schedule:

Full Time: 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday – Friday 

Position Summary: 

Consumable Packer will process, bottle, labels and package consumable products.

Position Responsibilities: 

• Label and package product according to work orders and work instructions
• Must be able to set up and use balances/scales
• Check labels against paperwork and material lot numbers, prior to labeling
• Become familiar with and follow the documented procedures in D-20 Quality system
• Perform record keeping functions
• Make production and quality improvement suggestions
• May be required to perform practical applications of fractions, percentages, ratio and proportions
• May be required to have a basic knowledge of the metric system 
• May be required to work from engineering drawings
• May be directed to perform training duties
• May be directed to expedite their own production parts
• Perform other duties as directed

Position Requirements: 

• Must be able to follow work instructions
• Manual dexterity requiring full use of both hands
• Possess visual acuity
• Basic math skills
• Basic quality skills class
• Will need to wear a respirator

Education/Certifications: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
