Responsibilities

Depending on the position, duties may include:

• Operating manufacturing and fabrication equipment

• Reading and interpreting work orders and specifications

• Fabricating, assembling, and finishing products

• Performing welding and metalworking tasks

• Operating saws and other production machinery safely

• Painting and finishing manufactured products

• Hanging drywall

• Some building construction work and light electrical

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Supporting production goals and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, welding, painting, or construction-related work preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Math and ruler skills
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Day shift schedule
