Job Description

Express is seeking a motivated and experienced Traveling Supervisor / Foreman / Superintendent to join our growing team throughout the Southeast region. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who can effectively manage field operations, maintain strong communication with clients and crews, and oversee projects from planning through completion.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership abilities, construction knowledge, scheduling and planning experience, and proficiency with office and communication systems. Experience in demolition, environmental, industrial, commercial construction, or military/government contracting environments is highly preferred.

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily field operations across multiple job sites
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, schedules, and subcontractors
• Lead and supervise crews while maintaining production, quality, and safety standards
• Conduct toolbox talks, daily briefings, and safety oversight
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, EM 385-1-1 requirements, site-specific AHAs, and client protocols
• Maintain communication between field personnel, management, subcontractors, and clients
• Utilize office systems and software for reporting, scheduling, documentation, and project tracking
• Perform project planning, logistics coordination, and look-ahead scheduling
• Maintain accurate project records including labor, production, equipment, and daily reports
• Interface professionally with government representatives, military personnel, inspectors, and customers
• Assist with problem-solving and field decision-making to keep projects on schedule
• Ensure crews maintain professionalism, accountability, and organization on-site

Qualifications

• Construction supervision, foreman, superintendent, or project leadership experience preferred
• Experience in demolition, environmental remediation, industrial services, or commercial construction preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers, office systems, email communication, and scheduling platforms
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and field operations
• Experience operating or overseeing heavy equipment and machinery preferred
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• EM 385-1-1 familiarity preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast region
• Valid driver’s license and REAL ID required
• Must be eligible to access military installations
• Background checks required
• No felonies or significant criminal history
