Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee one of our key production lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both a construction and production environment with a demonstrated success leading teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the line, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Monitor production schedules, workflow, and resources to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role

• Experience in both the construction and manufacturing/production field

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team.

• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with production processes, safety protocols, and quality control.
