Construction Superintendent – Commercial Interiors

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial interior fit-out and renovation projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics
• Ensure projects remain on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, building management, and trade partners
• Lead weekly site meetings and provide project updates

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Experience managing commercial interior fit-out projects up to $10M
• Strong experience working with union trades and union subcontractors
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience working in occupied buildings and active environments preferred
• Procore, Fieldwire, or similar construction software experience preferred
• CSL preferred but not required
