We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Quality Control Manager to join our team in Bremerton, WA. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for construction projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality control findings and recommend improvements.
• Train and mentor team members on quality control best practices and standards.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Act as a liaison between clients and project teams regarding quality concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality control or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality control software.
• Certifications in quality control (e.g., CQI, CQM) are a plus.
