Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager/Superintendent to join our dynamic team in Boston, MA. In this role, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Foster a positive team environment and promote effective communication among all project participants.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or as a superintendent.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
OSHA certification and other relevant safety training are a plus.
